Application & Selection Process
2. How can I apply?
Simply fill out the application form on our website and submit your portfolio (if applicable). After review, we’ll schedule an interview.
3. Are there any eligibility requirements?

You must be 18+ years old

A basic understanding of fashion, makeup, or styling is preferred.

Strong communication and versatility are a plus!
4. How are interns selected?
We shortlist applicants based on their merit, skills, and attitude. A brief interview will be conducted before final selection.
Visa & Travel Assistance
5. Do you provide visa assistance?
Yes! We provide an official invitation letter from a PR agency or designer, which is necessary for your Schengen (France) or UK visa. We also guide you through the visa application process.
6. Will my visa be guaranteed?
While we provide all necessary documentation and guidance, visa approval is at the discretion of the respective embassy.
7. Who covers the cost of travel and accommodation?
Interns are responsible for their flights (as candidates may choose to stay back after the program has ended to explore the city more) and we take care of the accommodation, travel within the city, sightseeing, event tickets and visa fee*.

9. I am not experienced, am I still eligible?
AtelierNTWRK takes the time to train their candidates and give them resources beforehand to make sure they know what to expect backstage. Before you end up in Paris- you’ll meet your teammates and organisers virtually, where you’ll be briefed and oriented and you could exhaust your queries.
10. Will I be paid for the work I do?
It is illegal to be paid on a tourist visa, this travel internship is strictly a working opportunity to earn connections and if you're really good, the PR company would reach out to you after Fashion Week for future freelance opportunities.
11. Will I get a certificate after the program?
Yes! You will receive a completion certificate from the organizers of the fashion week that highlights your role and contribution and a letter of recommendation from AtelierNTWRK.
12. Can this experience help me get a job in the fashion industry?
Absolutely! Many of our past interns have leveraged this experience to secure jobs with major fashion brands, designers and agencies.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
13. What is your refund policy?

Before visa appointment: The money will be transferred to the next season but won’t be refunded.

After visa appointment: No refund, as the invite letter and backstage spot are already allocated.

If your visa is denied, we offer a refund (excluding admin fees and visa fee)
14. What happens if I cannot attend due to unforeseen circumstances?
In special cases, we may allow a program deferral to the next fashion week, subject to availability.
Other Important Questions
15. Will I be working with a specific designer?
You will be assigned to designers, PR teams, or Glam teams based on backstage needs. Placements depend on availability and your skill set.
16. What are my daily responsibilities as a backstage intern?
Your tasks may include:

17. How long will I be working each day?
Expect 5-8 hours per day, depending on the schedule of shows and rehearsals.
18. Will I get to meet designers and celebrities?
While backstage is a fast-paced environment, you may get opportunities to observe and interact with top designers, stylists, and models.
