It was September in Paris, two girls tired after working the shows all day- dreamt of a concept crew, a real community built for the sole purpose of backstage excellence and AtelierNTWRK was conceived.

Backstage life in a nutshell- time is of the essence. Yet, when we first stepped into Paris Fashion Week in 2023, we were struck by a glaring gap—there was no synergy amongst the backstage crew. Everyone working behind the scenes was operating solo, without orientation, no standardized training, and no real sense of community.

This realization led to the birth of Atelier Network—a dedicated team designed to streamline and professionalize backstage operations at global fashion weeks, determined to set a new standard in backstage coordination.

​

By our second season in 2024, we had expanded, bringing together European & Asian professionals to form a structured crew. As word spread, Inquiries started pouring in, marking our transition from a concept to a full-fledged, global network. A small delay can disrupt the entire show and it would not bode well for the designer. We work to bring that possibility to a zero. People who can stand high pressure environments and are avid problem solvers will find this work easy & exciting. Simply put, we work to make the designer’s life easy.

Today, Atelier Network is India’s first and only dedicated backstage crew for fashion weeks worldwide. We offer specialized training, hands-on resources, and an ever-growing community of skilled professionals who take accountability and would happily go the extra mile. Our mission is simple: to bring backstage efficiency, professionalism, and structure to the forefront of global fashion.​
